Joanna has been with our office from the very beginning in 2001. She is often a patient’s first contact with our office; she helps schedule appointments both over the phone and in person at the front desk.
You will find her warm and caring demeanor very welcoming. She lives in Marin and raised her three grown girls in Terra Linda. She loves spending time with her grandchildren and enjoys watercolor painting.
Rachael has been with us for 3 years and is our front office coordinator. She has worked with us in the past as a back office assistant and possesses a great working knowledge of oral surgery procedures. She is also very knowledgeable about dental insurance companies and guides patients through the nuances of their insurance coverage. Rachael is a busy mom who spends most of her free time planning play dates and running around to various sporting events with her young son.
Uyen is the newest member of our front office. She has wonderful administrative skills. She assists with scheduling appointments, calling with appointment reminders, and reviewing pre- and post-surgical instructions with patients on the day of surgery. Uyen is active at her local church in Marin, where she is a church administrator and children’s ministry coordinator. Many patients find her friendly personality reassuring.
Nina is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant (OMSA) and serves as Dr. Lee’s main surgical assistant. She is a Registered Dental Assistant by training and has worked with Dr. Lee for the last 3 years. She is knowledgeable in all things surgical and is CPR-certified. In her free time, Nina enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Tashi has been with our office for about 2 years and is another one of our surgical assistants. He helps take care of patients after anesthesia and post surgery. He transports patients via wheelchair to their cars following anesthetic surgeries. He is also available to answer post-operative questions from patients or their caregivers. Tashi has a quiet and unassuming demeanor, which helps put many patients at ease. In his free time, Tashi loves exploring Marin and going on long hikes in and around Marin.
